Some of the stuff you already know and do is working for you. Some isn’t. We’ll help you keep what’s already working, and try new solutions for what’s not. In order to do that, we need you to be open to feedback, coaching, and new ways of doing things. That you be willing to at least try. We ask you to experiment, play, and explore new possibilities. You don’t have to love, or even like, all of them. Just try. That you give us a full 12-weeks. Change and growth is slow. We don’t promise a quick fix. But we do promise that if you show up consistently for 12 weeks, you will one by one, you’ll build a strong foundation of simple habits that you can use anywhere, any time… forever.

3. DAILY PRACTICES
We give you a little task to do every day. That task is clear, simple, do-able, and tailored to your individual skill level. We give you only one at a time. You choose how to do that task. And you tell us whether you’ve done it. We give you two weeks to practice that one task, until you’re a bit more familiar with it.
Over time, you watch those daily practices add up, until
they’re habits that are seamlessly integrated into your life.
4. DAILY LESSONS
Every day, you’ll do a little learning. Kinda like showing up to your favorite blog and getting a shot of inspiration every day. Each lesson concludes with What To Do Today. You’ll always know what happens next. In order to help you get the most from these lessons, we’ve also created audio versions that you can download and take with you when you’re on the go. Or listen to again and again.
5. ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONSISTENCY
Every day, you’ll tell us:
- Did you read your daily lesson?

V. TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND AGREEMENT:
You will have access to all "4-pillars" of the Finish Fit® Nutrition Program for the 12-weeks. Should you choose to continue with the Finish Fit® Nutrition Program following completion of the 12-week program, you may authorize Finish Fit®, LLC to charge your credit card, debit card, or checking account a prorated rate for the remainder of that month and to thereafter charge your credit card, debit card, or checking account the full monthly amount debited on the first of every month for continual access to the "4-Pillars" of the Finish Fit® Nutrition Program. Access to ALL "4-Pillars" encompassing the Finish Fit® Nutrition Program will be TERMINATED following the 12-week Finish Fit® Nutrition Program unless you choose to continue with the "month-to-month" or "yearly" programs options below:
- Month-To-Month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program ($249/month): The first month of the Month-To-Month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program will be charged to member on a prorated rate based on the date in which Member pays for the program. Twelve (12) Month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program ($199/month): The Twelve (12) Month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program will begin on the first (1st)
of the month following the date in which Member pays for the program. If Member
signs up for this program on any date other than the first (1st) of
the month, Member will have the option of taking part in the program for the remainder
of that month on prorated rate, prior to the start of the twelve (12) month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program. The twelve (12) month Finish Fit® Nutrition Program
will automatically renew for another twelve (12) month contract and be
considered active unless canceled prior to renewal. In order to cancel prior to
an automatic renewal of a twelve (12) month contract, a written notice of
cancellation must be sent by registered or certified mail to FINISH FIT®,

EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND FINISH FIT®, LLC:
We may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any related Addenda by providing notice to you at your last known address as shown by our records. Additionally, at our option, this Agreement shall be null and void if not completed in accordance with our then current pricing and payment programs or if we determine at any time Member does not qualify for the plan purchased. No change to any printed term in this Agreement and any related Addenda shall be valid without our express written consent and authorization.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
Must sign waiver and membership agreement. Must be 18 or older. Physician’s clearance may be required after initial assessment or coaching call.
Coaching Sessions (24-Hour Cancellation Policy):
All coaching sessions are conducted by phone and each coaching session is 30-min long. The coaching sessions are conducted 1X/week for 12-weeks. There will be no refunds for unused Coaching Sessions. All Coaching sessions must be used within the 12-week period. Late arrival to any coaching session will result in forfeiture of that session. Any session which is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time will be forfeited. Member must schedule each coaching session with his/her Coach at least 48-hours in advance. Sessions with each members assigned Coach will be tracked on our website, http://www.finishfit.com at “Join Today”. Finish Fit®, LLC will make every reasonable effort to provide a Member’s selected Coach; however, we reserve the right to substitute another qualified coach without prior notice, if necessary. Refunds will not be given based on the termination or resignation of any coach, employee or independent contractor.
Coaching Webinars:
You may attend or not
attend any of the scheduled nutritional coaching webinars. There are no
cancellation fees should you choose to remain absent. However, we DO NOT offer
makeup sessions for missed webinars. You can simply listen to the prerecorded
version of the webinar at your own convenience.
