Terms and conditions for 12 Months of Finish Fit Boot Camp®

Upon the completion of the 12 month Finish Fit Bootcamp®, winner of the Skinny Jeans Contest has up to thirty (30) days from his or her completion date to purchase a pair of jeans of his or her choice and present the original receipt to Finish Fit, LLC. Upon Client’s delivery to Finish Fit, LLC of the original receipt, Client will be reimbursed for the exact purchase price of the pair of jeans, in an amount not to exceed $150.

Cancellation Policy

Member must send written notice of cancellation, WHICH EXPRESSLY STATES THAT I AM CANCELING THIS AGREEMENT, by mail to FINISH FIT®, LLC AT PO BOX 9656, GLENDALE, CA 91226 ATTN: CANCELLATION DEPT or by email to support@finishfit.com prior to midnight of the fifth business day after the above stated payment due date, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Even if you notify your instructor, you are still required to notify Finish Fit®, LLC via mail or email in order for your cancellation to take effect. Save a record of your notice of cancellation mail or email to serve as your cancellation receipt. If for any reason the 12 month Finish Fit Boot Camp® is cancelled before its completion date, a $50 reimbursement fee for every debit date prior to receipt of the cancellation notice shall become due and will be debited from Client’s payment account immediately. In no event will the collected reimbursement fee exceed the total remaining balance under this Agreement. The 12 Finish Fit Boot Camp® will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis following the first full 12 month period and will be considered active until such program has been cancelled as provided for in this cancellation policy. If by reason of death or disability, Client is unable to receive all Finish Fit Boot Camp® services for which Client has contracted, Client and Client’s estate shall be relieved from the obligation of making payment for services other than those received or obligated prior to death or the onset of disability, and if Client has prepaid any sum for services, so much of such sum as is allocable to services Client has not taken shall be refunded.

If, for any reason whatsoever, Member is not completely satisfied with the services provided within the first 30 days following purchase date, simply let Finish Fit®, LLC know via mail or email that you would like to cancel your program and we will issue you a full refund. After the initial 30 day period, all prepaid payments are final and non-refundable, except as provided for in the cancellation policy.
